What does it do: it's sticky, long-lasting and stain preventing!

Allow the base coat to fully dry for approximately 3-5 minutes then apply your favorite nail lacquer!
ingredients: Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid / Neopentyl Glycol / Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Benzophenone-3,Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Polyvinyl Butyral, D&C Yellow #11, FD&C Blue #1
This is a phenomenal base coat. Definitely helps the polish last longer with less chipping.
I don’t really like this as much as I do their top coat. It has a lot of bubbles and bumps when applying and that’s without shaking the bottle. The only thing I like about it is the drying time. It dries very quickly.
